We\u2019re a technology support and consulting firm in Dublin, Ohio. We do two things: keep your day-to-day technology running quietly in the background so it doesn\u2019t interrupt your work, and help your organization get better at technology over time so you\u2019re not stuck reacting to whatever breaks next. During business hours we typically reply to new tickets within about 15 minutes. That\u2019s how we work rather than a contractual promise, but it\u2019s what our clients experience, and it\u2019s the thing they mention most often.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our $750 technology assessment. We sit down together for about an hour and work through a structured set of questions about your setup. Within a few days you receive a clear written report covering six areas: infrastructure, software and productivity, security, business continuity, remote work, and policies. It includes an IT Maturity Stage rating and specific, prioritized recommendations. There\u2019s no obligation beyond the $750 \u2014 the report is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u2019s common, and it doesn\u2019t have to be either\/or. Some organizations bring us in for an outside perspective before signing a long-term contract with anyone. Others have someone in-house handling the day-to-day and want a partner for the bigger picture. A Groundwork Call is a good way to work out whether we\u2019d actually help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, and it\u2019s a significant part of what we do. Nonprofits have the same technology challenges as any other organization but rarely the budget for a full-time IT person. We work within those constraints, prioritize what matters for the mission, and treat you like a real client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
