What You Get
The Assessment Session
We sit down together — in person or over video — and work through a structured set of questions about your technology setup. It takes about an hour. You don’t need to prepare anything.
The Written Report
Within a few days, you receive a professionally formatted report covering six areas of your business technology: infrastructure, software and productivity, security, business continuity, remote work, and policies. Each section includes findings and specific, prioritized recommendations.
Your IT Maturity Stage
Your report includes an IT Maturity Stage rating — a plain-English description of where your organization currently sits on a five-stage scale, from ad hoc to optimized. Most small businesses are at Stage 1 or 2. Knowing where you are is the first step to getting better.

Seed to Sapling is designed for small businesses and organizations with roughly 10 to 20 people who don’t have a dedicated IT support partner. You might be handling technology in-house, or just not handling it at all.
